Advanced material technologies and the success of the Afterburn, Burn and the Great White Models have lead to the primary performance characteristic of the AIR. Mercian have utilised the understood strengths of a fibreglass skeleton, with Carbon, Kevlar and Basalt overlays to create a high specification composite stick with high performance and durability.
The Air CB5 is a smooth 25mm bend stick but with a larger cross section to increase stiffness and durability. The maximum bend helps aerials and flicking.
